Participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”). Any information or instructions published by the Promoter about the Promotion at www.2ndin.com form part of the Terms and Conditions.

The Promoter

1.     The Promoter is 2ndIn.com Limited, Forrest Road, Hightown, Belize (the “Promoter” or “2ndIn.com”).

Promotion Period

2.     The Promotion will commence at 00:01 (GMT) on 1 February 2024 and shall close at 23:59 (GMT) on 31 December 2024 (the “Promotion Period”).

Eligibility

3.     To be eligible to participate in the Promotion you must be of working age in your country of origin , a registered user of 2ndIn.com with an approved email domain (a “Participant”).

4.     Employees or agents of the Promoter or anyone professionally connected to this Promotion and any group company of the Promoter is also eligible to enter.

5.     Participants may only use one account/email address in order to participate in the Promotion. Any Participant who attempts to use more than one account shall: (A) forfeit all Credits and Rewards earned; (B) agrees to pay the Promoter the value of any Rewards provided to the Participant from S2ndIn.com at any time; and (C) if suspected of fraudulent behaviour shall be suspended from the site indefinitely and any rewards withheld (and potentially reported to the criminal authorities in the country of origin).

Entry

6.     All Participants must purchase and complete 'Become a Champion' training and engage with and training materials as directed from time to time.(an “Entry”).

7.     The T&Cs can be updated at any time and all Participants are required to check changes to these terms to remain compliant with the promotion.

Intellectual Property and Licence

8.     Our intellectual property rights are as follows:

• You are permitted to print and download extracts from our website for your own personal, non-commercial use on the following basis: (a) no documents or related graphics on our website are modified in any way; (b) no graphics on our website are used separately from the corresponding text; and (c) our copyright and trade mark notices and the provisions of this clause appear in all copies.

• Unless otherwise stated, the copyright, trademarks, database rights and other intellectual property rights in all software, source code and other content and material on our website (including without limitation photographs and graphical images) are proprietary rights owned by us or our licensors.
